§1 Definitions
- Customer – any natural person, legal person, or organizational unit purchasing products from the Store.
- Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Product – goods offered in the Store, in particular women’s clothing.
- Sales Agreement – a contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer via the Store.
§2 Terms of Use
- The Customer is required to provide accurate and truthful data when placing an order.
- The Customer is prohibited from providing unlawful content.
- To use the Store, the Customer needs a device with an internet browser and an active internet connection.
§3 Orders
- Orders can be placed 24/7.
- To place an order, the Customer selects the Product, adds it to the cart, and fills out the order form.
- The Sales Agreement is concluded once the Seller confirms the order.
§4 Prices and Payments
- All prices displayed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zlotys (PLN).
- Payments can be made via:
- bank transfer,
- online payment systems,
- credit/debit card,
- cash on delivery (COD).
- The Seller reserves the right to change Product prices, but such changes do not affect orders placed before the change takes effect.
§5 Delivery
- Products are delivered within Poland via courier services or parcel lockers.
- Delivery costs are specified at the time of placing an order.
- The order processing time is between 5 and 10 business days from the date the payment is received (unless COD is selected).
§7 Right of Withdrawal
- The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days of receiving the Product without giving any reason.
- To exercise this right, the Consumer must submit a withdrawal statement to the Seller in writing or via e-mail.
- Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after the Seller receives the returned Product.
- The Consumer bears the cost of returning the Product to the Seller.
§8 Complaints
- The Seller is responsible for defects of the Product in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
- Complaints should be sent to [e-mail address] or in writing to the Seller’s registered office address.
- A complaint should include a description of the defect, photos, and proof of purchase.
- The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
§9 Personal Data Protection
- Customer personal data is processed by the Seller in accordance with the GDPR and the Privacy Policy available in the Store.
- Personal data is used solely for order processing, customer service, and marketing purposes (with the Customer’s consent).
§10 Final Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law.
- In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act shall apply.
- The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, with Customers being notified in advance of any changes.
