1. Right of Withdrawal

1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
2. The 14-day withdrawal period starts from the day the Consumer receives the purchased Product.
3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller of their decision by means of a clear statement, e.g., by sending an email to: furvitto@gmail.com

2. Return Conditions

1. Only Products that meet the following conditions can be returned:

• Unused,
• Undamaged,
• With all original tags and, if possible, in the original packaging.

1. The Consumer is responsible for covering the direct cost of returning the Product (return shipping).
2. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the Seller receiving the returned Product or proof of its return.
3. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase unless the Consumer explicitly agrees to a different method.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

1. Products made to order or personalized according to the Consumer’s specifications (e.g., customized clothing).
2. Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened, if the packaging was sealed (e.g., underwear).

4. Complaints

1. If the Product is defective or does not comply with the contract, the Consumer has the right to file a complaint.

3. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
