1. Right of Withdrawal
- Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The 14-day withdrawal period starts from the day the Consumer receives the purchased Product.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller of their decision by means of a clear statement, e.g., by sending an email to: furvitto@gmail.com
2. Return Conditions
- Only Products that meet the following conditions can be returned:
- Unused,
- Undamaged,
- With all original tags and, if possible, in the original packaging.
- The Consumer is responsible for covering the direct cost of returning the Product (return shipping).
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the Seller receiving the returned Product or proof of its return.
- The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase unless the Consumer explicitly agrees to a different method.
3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products made to order or personalized according to the Consumer’s specifications (e.g., customized clothing).
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened, if the packaging was sealed (e.g., underwear).
4. Complaints
- If the Product is defective or does not comply with the contract, the Consumer has the right to file a complaint.

- The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
